Additional Fees
+$25 for every character redraw after the first
(1 character, and only during the sketch phase) allotted free fix$25 for revisions after the first 2 free ones+$10 per additional payment after the first or per split payment+55% of final quote rush fee
(Rush fees are incurred for anything wanted sooner than 5 weeks from purchase date- I work normally without deadline)+$10-20 for difficult details (difficult markings, horns, etc. Just ask before hand when showing your ref if there will be a fee. This is case by case!)+$12-20 per added panel (inseminations, internals, eggs, etc.)

Terms of Service - FluffyDragonIllustrationsWelcome! Please fully read this Terms of Service (TOS) agreement carefully before commissioning me. By sending payment, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you have questions, please reach out..📌 Payment Terms
• Full payment is required upfront before work begins.
• Preferred payment method is PayPal, unless otherwise agreed. Amazon gift cards are also accepted but are a lower priority.
• Clients must be 18+ to commission, regardless of content type.
NSFW/mature commissions:
• Client must be 18+ (ID verification required).
• PayPal is not accepted for NSFW content. An alternative payment method must be used.
• Additional fees apply for split payments..❌ Refund Policy
• All sales are final. No refunds.
• I strive to meet all reasonable client requests; however, revisions or refunds for completed work, or where duplication of effort would be required, will not be granted.
• Chargebacks or forced refunds will result in:
- Commission cancellation.
- Public and/or private blacklisting.
- The commissioned piece being repurposed or resold.
- I do not accept retainers..⏳ Deadlines & Workflow
• I work without hard deadlines. Please do not rush the process.
• If a specific deadline is required, a rush fee of 55% will apply.
• I frequently work on multiple pieces simultaneously, each at different stages.
• Progress may appear non-linear from the outside—this is a normal part of my workflow.
• Updates will be posted in shared client channels (Discord, Trello, Telegram).
• Art is a passion and a serious endeavor for me. I aim to create work you’ll treasure while respecting my physical and mental limits..🖼️ References & Visual Guidance
• At least one clear visual reference is required.
• High-resolution reference sheets are preferred.
• Pose suggestions and inspiration images are welcome and encouraged.
• For artistic liberty commissions, I will request additional references to understand your preferences.
• Description-only references are discouraged and may incur accuracy risks or additional fees..💬 Communication & Updates
• WIPs will be shared at major milestones (typically sketch stage).
• Please wait at least 1 month before inquiring about progress.
• You are welcome to message me at any time, but I respond only during business hours:

• Replies are sent in the order received, usually within 72 hours.
• Communication Guidelines:
• Do not send just “hi” or “hello” - please include your query in your message.
• Keep interactions professional; no small talk or RP.
• If I send a WIP and do not receive a reply within 72 hours, I will proceed and finalize the piece based on that WIP. No edits or refunds will be available afterward..📦 Delivery
• Final work will be delivered via a hyperlink through your preferred communication channel (direct or via my manager).

• I retain full copyright to all commissioned artwork.
• You may use commissioned pieces for personal, non-commercial use only unless a commercial license is purchased.
• For commercial use, a license must be negotiated at 800% of the commission’s base price.
• All artwork is delivered with a watermark. Unwatermarked versions are not available, even for commercial work.
• Personal versions include:
• Web-postable resolution (with watermark)
• Full-size for personal/private use (wallpapers, profile pictures, etc.)
• NFT usage is strictly prohibited.Commercial Use Includes (but not limited to):
• Monetized YouTube or Twitch content
• Promotional banners and stream assets
• Usage in revenue-generating content.🌟 My Characters in Your Commissions
• You are welcome to commission pieces involving my characters.
• The presence of a character in existing art does not imply consent for similar use with others.

• One free pose revision is allowed per commission. Major redraws will incur extra cost.
• Two (2) general revisions are included free of charge. This does not include changes due to inaccurate references.
• Flat color commissions cannot be upgraded post-completion.
