Payment terms
• Full prepayment is required as soon as commission is confirmed.
• Paypal is preferred unless something else can be agreed upon. I also take amazon gift cards as payments but are not a priority.
• Fees are incurred for multiple payments.
• Clients must be 18 or older to commission work no matter if it is sfw. Must be 18 or older to order mature/NSFW commissions. ID proof of age can and will be requested. Name on ID must match name on Paypal
• By sending payment to me, you verify that you have read fully, and understand my terms as the artist you wish to commission. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out!Refund Policy
• No refunds shall be given once payment is received and a sketch has been provided.
• All sales are final. I will make every effort to satisfy the clients reasonable requests. However edits, changes, refunds requested on completed works or where there would be a duplication of effort is not possible.
• Attempts to force a refund in such circumstances will be fought by every legal means necessary. Charging back/and/or demanding for money back will result in clients being blacklisted, publically or otherwise, as well as their commission being canceled and sold off to someone else.
•I do not accept retainers.Deadlines
• I work without a deadline. Please do not rush me. I am human, and real life does sometimes impede the artwork. If such a thing occurs, I will mass inform clients in servers they are present that I run. If the client needs something by a certain time, I will retain a rush fee. (55% of final price)
• Artwork is a passion of mine and has been for many years now. It's something I take very seriously and I strive to improve with each and every piece I work on. It is my most sincere hope that I will be able to create something for you that you will treasure. Please do keep in mind however that the creative process can be very taxing physically and mentally. Each piece is different with their own complexities and nuances. I unfortunately cannot commit to any exact time frames when it comes to completing a commission. I will make every effort to complete your work in a timely fashion and will engage you at every step of the way to ensure you are thrilled with the results.
• I often will work on multiple commissions at the same time, each of them being in a different stage of completion. It may, from someone on the outside seeing only the finished piece, seem erratic and unstructured but this is how my creative energy best flows and I am able to capture the scene you desire. • I require there to be at LEAST one clear reference of your character. You may send me as many images of your character as you have, if you wish
• Links to full resolution reference sheets are preferred
• Links or images sent of poses you may want, as many as you wish. I am a visual learner and work better with visual references to what you would like
• I will ask you for a multitude of images if it is artistic liberty to get an idea of what you generally likeUpdates and Communication
• I will send a wip/work in progress shot at various stages of work. Typically this consists of a sketch shot, and I go from there and no other wips are provided.
• Please allow at least 1 month before reaching out to ask for progress updates. I manage multiple channels for clients to look for progress on their commission with. These include trello, telegram, and discord. You can find progress in these channels
• I do my best to get back to a client in a timely manner. A client may message me however frequent they like, however, I will only respond during my business hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST.
• Messages are responded to in the order that they are recieved. Typically within 72 hours.
• Please do not engage me in small talk. I would like to keep the relationship professional
• Please do not engage me in roleplay.
• Please be available to receive updates. If I go a while without hearing back from you after I have sent a wip, I will finish without anything else and it will be finished as is. I will not go back and fix mistakes. No refunds will be given.
•When communicating with me, please do not just message me "hi" or "hello" and nothing else. I will ignore the message... Please add some substance-- especially if you're wanting to know about a commission, then simply just ask.Delivery of the work

• The client retains the right to display the artwork given for such. The client may NOT use the artwork commercially. If the client wishes, they can contact the artist for a price point for the artwork to be used commercially at 800% the final total of said artwork (usually the quote) The artist retains all rights over the artwork and can use it for promotion, sell, or anything else, regardless of the characters represented. The artist claims not, the ownership of the characters.Posting and Usage (Licensing)
• The client will receive multiple versions of one piece of artwork. One will be sized down for posting on the clients social media wherever they may wish, and a fuller sized version.
•NON COMMERCIALIZED work may not be used on promotional sites/socials in any capacity.
•The full sized version may not be posted anywhere. It is for personal use only, such as but not limited to: Wallpapers, profile pictures, personal prints, etc.
•Unfortunately due to theft, and NFT, all artwork comes watermarked. I will not release unwatermarked versions. Commercialized work will still come watermarked. The client is hereby granted a limited license for the public display and use of their commissioned artwork so long as said work is not replicated using any for profit medium. Commercial commissions are exempt from this restriction. Failure to abide by any of these terms may invalidate this license at the artist’s discretion
• Commercial work is not to be sold under NFT. No exceptions
• Commercial work includes, but not limited to: banners for places such as twitch, or YouTube. Stream cover images, use in for profit videos, shown on any account that can become monetized.
• Commercial licenses can be purchased at 800% the final total of commissionUsage of My characters

• Just because there is art of my character doing something with someone else does not mean they are open for the same activity.
• You may not create offspring from my characters without my permissionReferrals• If you bring someone new to my commissions, and they buy something from me, I will offer you 15% off your next commission with me. This referral discount only applies to active patreon subscribers and customers having placed an order in the last 6 months.
• Must be used within 12 months of the referral.
• No more than one referral discount can be used on a given commission.
• Discount cannot exceed 50% the value of the referred commission.

• I need visual references, unshaded is the best. Please make sure that your references are up to date. Please provide high resolution references for accurate colours. I will include complication fees if you have to describe something not in a reference. I do not like description based references. I will try, but these are not guaranteed to be accurate and I will not fix mistakes. The ONLY EXCEPTION is when I create a reference sheet. I will draw what I understood from your description. There will be a fee if I have to change anything due to inaccurate references.
• Be specific in what kind of posing you may want. While I prefer artistic liberty, I am willing to work more with certain poses.
• If you do not like a certain pose after not giving me a preference, and after the change I allow, I will have to charge a fee to redo the entire sketch.
• You may suggest a one character pose redo in the commission. Any others will have to be charged for
• You may have up to at least 3 major revisions for free, this does not include pose changes. Or revisions due to inaccurate references. Examples include, but are not limited to, and adhere differently to different characters; paw/hand changes, facial expressions, head placement, foot/paw placement, nsfw placement, tail placements, wing placements, etc.
