• Sketch approval = approval to finish.
• Two (2) revisions are included during the sketch phase only.
• Revisions do not include redraws of poses.
• I may send additional WIPs, but these are for minor tweaks only.
• If no response is given within 24 hours, I will continue and finalize the piece.
• Once delivered, the piece is final. No edits will be made after delivery.
• New references or changes after sketch approval will not be applied.

• Chargebacks or forced refunds will result in:

- The commissioned piece being repurposed or resold.

• I work without hard deadlines. Please do not rush the process.
• If a specific deadline is required, a rush fee of 55% will apply.
• I frequently work on multiple pieces simultaneously, each at different stages.
• Progress may appear non-linear from the outside—this is a normal part of my workflow.
• Updates will be posted in shared client channels (Discord, Trello, Telegram).
• Art is a passion and a serious endeavor for me. I aim to create work you’ll treasure while respecting my physical and mental limits..🖼️ References & Visual Guidance
• At least one clear visual reference is required.
• High-resolution reference sheets are preferred.
• Pose suggestions and inspiration images are welcome and encouraged.
• For artistic liberty commissions, I will request additional references to understand your preferences.
• Description-only references are discouraged and may incur accuracy risks or additional fees..✍️ Commission Process & RevisionsProcessCommissions follow a structured workflow:
Sketch → Approval → Final Rendering → Delivery---Sketch Approval• A sketch WIP will be provided for approval.
• All major changes must be requested at this stage, including design details, markings, pose, and references.
• Once the sketch is approved, the design and composition are considered finalized and locked in.---Additional WIPs (Color, etc.)• I may provide additional WIPs (such as color previews) at my discretion.
• These are for minor adjustments only (such as small color tweaks).
• Additional WIPs do not reopen earlier stages for major revisions or design changes.---Revisions- Revisions are only accepted during the sketch phase.
• Clients are responsible for providing all necessary references and corrections before approving the sketch.
- I do not offer ongoing back-and-forth revisions beyond this stage.---Response Time• If no response is received within 24 hours of a WIP being sent, I will proceed with the current version and complete the piece.---Final Delivery & Completion• Once the piece is completed and delivered, it is considered final. No edits, revisions, or changes will be made after delivery under any circumstance.---Late Changes & New References• Any changes requested after sketch approval, or any references provided after that point, will not be applied to the current commission.
• Such changes may be used for future commissions instead.---Post-Completion Requests• Requests for changes after a piece has been completed will be treated as a new commission and priced accordingly.

• WIPs will be shared at major milestones (typically sketch stage).
• Please wait at least 1 month before inquiring about progress.
• You are welcome to message me at any time, but I respond only during business hours:

• Replies are sent in the order received, usually within a few days.
• Communication Guidelines:
• Do not send just “hi” or “hello” - please include your query in your message.
• Keep interactions professional; no small talk or RP.
• If no response is received within 24 hours of a WIP, I will proceed with the current version and finalize the piece. Approval will be assumed at that stage.
• Post-completion edits are not included in the original commission price.

• Final work will be delivered via a hyperlink through your preferred communication channel (direct or via my manager).

• I retain full copyright to all commissioned artwork.
• You may use commissioned pieces for personal, non-commercial use only unless a commercial license is purchased.
• For commercial use, a license must be negotiated at 800% of the commission’s base price.
• All artwork is delivered with a watermark. Unwatermarked versions are not available, even for commercial work.
• Personal versions include:
• Web-postable resolution (with watermark)
• Full-size for personal/private use (wallpapers, profile pictures, etc.)
• NFT usage is strictly prohibited.Commercial Use Includes (but not limited to):
• Monetized YouTube or Twitch content
• Promotional banners and stream assets
• Usage in revenue-generating content.🌟 My Characters in Your Commissions
• You are welcome to commission pieces involving my characters.
• The presence of a character in existing art does not imply consent for similar use with others.
